- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tyson Foods, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the talent acquisition team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High Volume Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Using Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology Tools.
