Job Description

At Tyson Foods, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager with a passion to lead and drive process excellence. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise and knowledge to drive process improvement initiatives in the organization. You will be expected to build a culture of continuous improvement, identify and eliminate waste, and drive efficiency.To be considered, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in a process improvement role. You will need to have a track record of success with process improvement projects and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. You must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for driving process excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact on the organization, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall effectiveness.
  2. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  3. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize current processes.
  4. Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions that address root causes.
  5. Monitor progress of process improvement projects and assess results.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
  7. Establish process improvement goals and objectives and track progress.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  9. Prepare and present process improvement reports to upper management.
  10. Develop and deliver process improvement training and workshops.
