  3. Work closely with sales team to set and achieve sales targets, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  5. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  6. Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals.
  8. Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Customers.
