Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Tyson Foods Food Safety & Quality Assurance team and operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure all products meet or exceed food safety and quality assurance standards.
3. Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
4. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to maintain optimal product safety and quality performance.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure product safety and quality.
6. Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of food safety and quality assurance systems.
7. Actively participate in industry and regulatory meetings, seminars and conferences.
8. Prepare and present reports to management on food safety and quality assurance activities.
9. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all food safety and quality assurance related paperwork.
10. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food safety and quality assurance.
