Assistant Hourly Trainer- 3rd Shift

1. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees on 3rd shift, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
3. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
4. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who may need additional assistance with their job duties.
7. Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and providing training on company culture and values.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
9. Communicate regularly with team members and management to ensure training needs are being met and any issues are addressed promptly.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
11. Maintain accurate records of employee training and development progress.
