
Assistant Hourly Trainer- 3rd Shift

- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees on 3rd shift, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who may need additional assistance with their job duties.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and providing training on company culture and values.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management to ensure training needs are being met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development progress.
- Serve as a role model for company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline training processes.
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to share best practices and resources.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience In Training And Coaching: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Training And Coaching Employees In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Understanding Of Food Safety And Quality Standards: Due To The Nature Of The Job, Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Food Safety And Quality Standards Set By Regulatory Bodies Such As The Fda And Usda.
Knowledge Of Tyson Foods Processes And Procedures: Familiarity With Tyson Foods Processes And Procedures, Such As Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmps), Is Essential For This Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Assistant Hourly Trainer, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Effectively Communicating With Employees And Providing Feedback. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must.
Ability To Work Third Shift Hours: This Role Requires The Candidate To Work During The Third Shift, Which Typically Starts Late At Night And Ends Early In The Morning. Therefore, Candidates Should Have The Ability To Work These Hours And Be Comfortable With The Schedule.
