- Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and vendors to the Tyson Foods facility.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic through the gate and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
- Verify the identity of all individuals entering the facility and ensure they have proper authorization.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, employees, and other personnel to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
- Report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the gate and surrounding areas.
- Assist with directing truck drivers to designated areas for loading and unloading.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and address any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the gate.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A 1St Shift Gate Attendant Job At Tyson Foods. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Effectively Communicate With Others.
