
Process Documentation Specialist
Create, update, and maintain operational documentation including process, systems and workflows. Update and maintain the People Services Playbook and process flow documents. Coordinate process changes with BP owners to ensure documentation and workflows are continually up to date. Set documentation standards and establish documentation management / controls Own with the development of job aids, training materials. Escalate risks and issues where identified. Support with other tasks within the People Services team as needed.
Experience documenting standard operating procedures, business processes and process mapping
Ability to deliver high quality (consumable, accurate, complete and grammatically correct) documentation
3+ years of professional experience in HR (preferred)
