Job Description

Oversee the design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions to internal business teams. Establish and enforce continuous process improvement practices through the use of concepts such as Knowledge Management, Root-Cause-Analysis, and performance metrics. Provide leadership and guidance to develop business process automation solutions to internal Twitter teams. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop technical designs and solution recommendations. Work with internal product managers to partner with multiple business stakeholders to develop solutions against departmental roadmaps. Partner with other internal engineering teams and third-party vendors to develop consistent and scalable solutions. Develop professional relationships with internal customers and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements and provide regular feedback.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions

  • 5+ years of Salesforce.com enterprise wide experience

  • Force.com development experience preferred

  • 2+ years managing a Salesforce development team

  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce.com technical architecture
