Technical Writer, Billing Platform

In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the development, delivery, and maintenance of a living body of documentation that provides insight into our internal frameworks, processes, and tools. Develop internal documentation to support a variety of audiences in different roles and levels and at different stages of the employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing development Work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment between documentation and training materials and activities. Collaborate on design and lead implementation of content maintenance and governance models to ensure proper documentation hygiene.
