  1. Provide technical support to customers using Twilio APIs and SDKs.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Twilio products and services.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of Twilio products and stay updated on new releases and features.
  6. Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams.
  8. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
  9. Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their support tickets.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.
  12. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal teams.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in support processes.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  15. Contribute to the development of self-service resources and documentation for customers.
