Extensive Experience In Program Management: A Senior Program Manager At Twilio Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Programs, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Software Development Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Enablement Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enablement Strategies And Processes, Including Training, Onboarding, And Coaching, As Well As Experience Implementing These Strategies At A Large Scale.
