Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success to join our Twilio team. We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual with a proven track record of success in customer success management and a deep understanding of customer success best practices.In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success across our enterprise customer base, leading our customer success team, and helping to define and execute our customer success strategy. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, ensuring that their experience with Twilio is positive and that their success is achieved.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success management, preferably in an enterprise-level customer success role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. You should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of customer success principles. Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based technology is a plus. Above all, you should have a passion for customer success and a commitment to helping our customers achieve their goals.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success is $110,000 to $180,000 per year. This salary range is based on the experience, education, and skills of the individual.
