- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our demo platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals, define technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Hire, mentor, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the demo platform and its underlying technologies.

Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Senior Manager, Demo Platform Engineering At Twilio Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Building And Managing Complex Software Systems. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript, And Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing High-Performing Engineering Teams, And Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Direction To Their Team, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
Knowledge Of Cloud Technologies: As A Senior Manager, Demo Platform Engineering At Twilio, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cloud Technologies And Infrastructure, Such As Aws, Gcp, Or Azure. They Should Have Experience In Designing And Deploying Applications On These Platforms, And Be Able To Make Informed Decisions On When And How To Utilize Different Cloud Services.
Experience With Demo Platforms And Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Demo Platforms And Tools, Preferably In A Saas Environment. They Should Be Familiar With Various Demo Technologies, Such As Video Conferencing, Screen Sharing, And Live Coding, And Have The Ability To Integrate These Tools Into The Demo Platform To Create A Seamless User Experience.
Strong Project Management Skills: A Senior Manager, Demo Platform Engineering Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Prioritize Tasks Effectively. They Should Have Experience In Agile Methodologies And Be Able To Lead Their Team In Delivering High-Quality Products Within Tight Deadlines. They Should Also Have Experience In Budget And Resource Management, And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive The Success Of The Demo Platform Engineering Team.
