If so, Twilio is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a German-speaking SDR, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and expanding our presence in the DACH region. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales and a desire to learn and grow within our organization.   1. Identify potential customers and conduct market research to understand the needs and trends in the German market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the company's presence in the DACH region.
  4. Proactively reach out to potential customers via various channels (phone, email, social media) to generate interest and set up meetings.
  5. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to further develop and close deals.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Continuously learn about our products and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In German Language: As A Sales Development Representative For The German Market At Twilio, It Is Essential To Be Fluent In The German Language To Effectively Communicate With Potential Customers And Understand Their Needs.
