We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for our Segment team. As the RVP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in your assigned region. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building and mentoring high-performing sales teams, while also establishing strong relationships with key enterprise clients.   1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the assigned region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to enterprise sales.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  8. Represent Twilio at industry events and conferences, and participate in networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to senior leadership.
  10. Uphold Twilio's values and culture, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Enterprise Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets In The Enterprise Space. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Effectively Identify And Close Large Deals.

  • Extensive Experience In B2B Software Sales: Twilio Is A Software Company, So The Regional Vice President Should Have Significant Experience Selling B2B Software Solutions. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Regional Vice President, This Person Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have A Proven Ability To Inspire And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Common Goals.
