  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the enterprise market, leveraging your extensive experience and knowledge in the field.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the enterprise market, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, closely tracking performance and taking proactive measures to address any gaps.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential customers.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, representing the company and its values in all interactions with clients and partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and growth.
  10. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
