- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the designated region.
- Manage and lead the Segment team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the software industry to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales, With A Focus On Software Or Technology Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Enterprise Market And Knowledge Of Key Industry Trends And Competitors In The Communication Technology Space.
