  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the designated region.
  2. Manage and lead the Segment team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong network within the software industry to generate leads and expand the client base.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  9. Represent Twilio at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  10. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the company.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Continuously strive to innovate and improve sales processes and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Act as a role model for the team, embodying Twilio's core values of trust, empowerment, and empathy.
  14. Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the executive team.

Job Qualifications
