Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Deal Desk will take a hands-on approach to establishing and enforcing best practices aimed to increase deal efficiency and effectiveness of deal reviews with early checkpoints, actionable escalations, and valuable feedback loops between GTM and Development teams that also help to inform the product roadmap. Recommend and drive impactful solutions that accelerate deal velocity. Build and enforce best practices aimed to increase deal efficiency and effectiveness of deal reviews. Develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of cross functional teams in Development, GTM, Support, Finance and other cross functional teams to deliver actionable solutions. Use your extensive experience to plan and drive what gets done in what order. Focus consistently on solutions. Listen and action upon stakeholders cues that support a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Operations, Sales Enablement, or Finance.

  • 5+ years driving operational improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and apply sound judgment to provide solutions with a pragmatic approach.

  • CPQ Proficiency preferred
