Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Account Executive to join our Twilio team and drive our customer-focused initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions. If you’re an analytical problem solver with strong communication skills and the desire to make an impact, this role could be a great fit for you.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of Account Executive experience in a growth-oriented business environment. Experience with sales enablement and customer success tools, such as Salesforce and Zendesk, is preferred. You should also have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations, developing relationships with key contacts, and driving growth through the implementation of innovative solutions. A deep understanding of the customer journey and an ability to think outside the box is essential. You should also be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
