Global Director Accounts Payable
Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Global Director of Accounts Payable to lead our Accounts Payable team. Ensure business procedures are documented as processes evolve, and document learnings from meetings and interactions with various groups. Lead all aspects of global Accounts Payable (and provide leadership support to the broader CFO org teams in India)including close, process improvement projects, stakeholder meetings, and analysis. Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Identify new processes and process improvements as the business continues to change and critically analyze variations from expectations.
10+ years leading a distributed AP team including creation and measurement of KPIs and planning for future team expansion
Experience establishing a global shared services function(s), from establishing processes, building a team and servicing a global organization
Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and SOX.
