  1. Develop and execute executive engagement strategy to strengthen relationships with key executives and drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative engagement programs.
  3. Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify potential executive targets and create personalized engagement plans.
  4. Coordinate and manage all aspects of executive engagement programs, including logistics, communication, and tracking.
  5. Build strong relationships with executive leaders and act as a liaison between them and the company.
  6. Monitor and analyze program success metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive engagement.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for executive engagement initiatives.
  9. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of program execution.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, representing the company in a professional and positive manner to external parties.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of executive engagement programs.

  13. Proactively identify and report on potential risks or issues related to executive engagement programs.
  14. Provide timely and accurate updates on program progress and results to relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In An Executive Engagement Or Customer Success Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Level Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.
