- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Western region for enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients in the designated territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients and address any customer concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Twilio's products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Twilio's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent Twilio at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales leadership team.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the industry.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise-Level Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of The West Region And Its Business Landscape, With Existing Networks And Contacts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present And Negotiate At The Executive Level.
