Are you a driven and highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building and nurturing long-term business relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to make a significant impact? If so, Twilio is looking for you to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive for our Segment division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new enterprise-level accounts for our Segment product. We are seeking a self-starter with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.   1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new enterprise-level accounts for our Segment product.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  3. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive successful sales strategies and initiatives.
  6. Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  7. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining accurate and timely records in our CRM system.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, representing our company and products with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and conferences.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and refine sales techniques, processes, and strategies to drive continuous growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record In Enterprise Sales: A Successful Enterprise Account Executive At Twilio Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets In A B2B Environment. This Includes Experience In Closing Large Deals And Managing Complex Sales Cycles.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Enterprise Market: Twilio's Enterprise Account Executive Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Enterprise Market, Including Key Players, Trends, And Challenges. This Knowledge Will Help Them Identify New Opportunities And Tailor Their Approach To Meet The Specific Needs Of Enterprise Clients.

  • Strong Technical Aptitude: While Not Necessarily A Technical Role, The Enterprise Account Executive At Twilio Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Able To Understand And Articulate The Value Of Twilio's Products To Technical Decision-Makers. This Includes Being Able To Effectively Demo And Explain Complex Technical Concepts.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Enterprise Clients, The Enterprise Account Executive At Twilio Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders. This Includes Being Able To Effectively Present And Negotiate With C-Level Executives And Other Decision-Makers.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Twilio's Enterprise Clients Have Unique And Complex Needs, And The Enterprise Account Executive Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Creatively To Solve Their Challenges. This Includes Being Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth And Develop Tailored Solutions To Meet The Specific Needs Of Each Client.
