- Develop and execute creative and strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent to Twilio.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand that accurately reflects Twilio's unique company culture and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Utilize various channels and platforms, such as social media, job boards, and events, to promote Twilio as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and organizations, to expand Twilio's reach and attract diverse candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment of employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts with overall hiring goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey Twilio's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tools, Including Social Media, Seo, And Email Marketing.
Experience In Developing And Executing Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing Campaigns.
Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
