- Develop and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to Twilio
- Create and manage compelling and engaging content to showcase Twilio's company culture and values to potential candidates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Utilize a variety of channels and platforms to reach potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and events
- Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing efforts to continuously improve and optimize strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to expand the reach of Twilio's employer brand
- Develop and manage employer brand and recruitment marketing budget
- Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, representing our company values and culture both internally and externally
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial attraction to offer acceptance.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing, Preferably In The Tech Industry
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Analytics, With A Focus On Social Media And Employer Review Platforms
Excellent Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Employer Brand Messaging And Recruitment Campaigns
Experience Managing And Developing A Team, With A Track Record Of Driving Successful Recruitment Initiatives And Building A Strong Employer Brand Reputation.
