As the Director of Commissions Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of our commissions processes and systems. You will lead a team of experts in developing and managing key projects that improve our global commissions programs, ensuring that Twilio’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, as well as an excellent understanding of commission management and processes.
