Director, IT Governance

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of IT Governance to join our team at Twilio. As a key member of the IT organization, the Director of IT Governance will bring their expertise in IT governance frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure the security, compliance and integrity of our IT operations. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, negotiator and problem solver, with a passion for driving excellence in technology governance across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and governance, including experience in developing, managing, and enforcing internal policies and procedures. They should also have experience in the evaluation and selection of IT tools and technologies, and a proven track record in managing IT security and compliance initiatives. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
