
Developer Community Engagement Manager, Social Media
This position is needed to build audience, brand, and awareness of Twilio’s developer culture and products on Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn) and build community broadly across Twilio’s developer ecosystem. Build a highly engaged social community on Twitter and LinkedIn, built on a foundation of proactive listening and engagement and alertness to trends and best practices. Develop brand and voice for TwilioDevs on LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as internal guidelines for brand and voice on these channels. Collaborate with developers, developer evangelists, and channel owners to create successful and creative campaigns. Work with other members of the Community Experience team to cultivate a community across not only social channels, but the entire community engagement ecosystem. This role will be remote, and based in New York City, USA.
3+ years of experience with social media management or communications
Ability to work cross-functionally and with many stakeholders to craft effective social campaigns
1+ years of development experience or training, providing knowledge of developers and developer tools
