Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Data & Automation Analyst to join our team at Twilio. As a Data & Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data analysis and automation tasks to help us improve our products and services. You will have a deep understanding of data analytics tools and techniques and be able to interpret the data to help drive business decisions.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep technical understanding of data analytics and automation techniques, experience with programming languages such as Python, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify and report on trends, patterns, and correlations.
  2. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and develop insights.
  3. Design, develop, and implement automation processes.
  4. Monitor and identify areas of improvement for automation processes.
  5. Develop and maintain scripts and programs in Python and other programming languages.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  7. Document data analysis and automation processes.
  8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  9. Develop test plans and execute tests to ensure accuracy and functionality of automated processes.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any automation issues.
