  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts to enhance Twilio's reputation and perception within the analyst community.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all analyst inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  3. Develop and execute an effective analyst relations strategy that aligns with Twilio's overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze industry analyst research and reports to identify key insights and trends that can inform Twilio's messaging and positioning.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to provide guidance on analyst engagement and ensure consistency in messaging.
  6. Plan and execute analyst briefings, inquiries, and other interactions to educate analysts about Twilio's products, services, and future roadmap.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and synthesize data, customer success stories, and other information to support analyst engagements.
  8. Track and measure the impact of analyst relations activities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and competitive landscape to inform analyst relations strategies and activities.
  10. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to increase Twilio's visibility and thought leadership within the analyst community.
  11. Represent Twilio at industry events and conferences, networking with analysts and promoting Twilio's brand and products.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their analyst relations skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Or Related Field In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Relationships With Industry Analysts And Driving Positive Coverage And Recognition For The Company.
