Job Description

Reviewing exception reports, data variances and errors in operational processes in order to flag anomalies or errors. Document findings or errors and work with Product, Engineering, Operations or Legal team to ensure the appropriate resources and priorities are assigned. Review data/reports generated by other analysts/departments, and highlight errors and improvements. Analyze operational processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Write test scripts for the operations and recurring responsibilities of the client success team.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of post-academic professional experience

  • Basic knowledge or curiosity to learn coding language

  • 1+ years of experience with a high growth start-up
