
Leave Administrator
This individual’s primary responsibility will be to support the Benefits Team in the administration of FMLA with a supporting role in the insurance areas, depending on the workload of each area. Process multiple leave requests ensuring adherence to all company policies as well as State and Federal laws. Respond to frequent calls from healthcare providers requesting clarification of certification requirements. Maintain coding of timecards within the Ultipro system. Assist in the administrative tasks of entering insurance elections and payroll deduction within the Ultipro system. Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
One or more years related experience in a Human Resources Department required.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
Understanding of basic FMLA is a plus as well experience with insurance benefits.
