Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Ux Design, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research, Preferably In An E-Commerce Or Travel Industry Context.
Proficiency In Both Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, Including User Interviews, Surveys, And Usability Testing.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Research Findings Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
