Job Description

TripAdvisor is searching for a dynamic and experienced SEM B2B Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and execute strategic SEM initiatives for our B2B business, helping us reach new markets and drive revenue.   1. Develop and implement strategic SEM initiatives to drive business growth for TripAdvisor's B2B business.
  2. Create and manage successful SEM campaigns to reach new markets and drive revenue.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SEM efforts with overall marketing strategy.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
  6. Drive lead generation efforts through SEM, working closely with sales teams to ensure quality and quantity of leads.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for SEM campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
  8. Provide regular reporting and analysis on SEM performance, including insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support SEM efforts.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for SEM within the B2B marketing team and the wider organization.
  11. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve success.
  12. Represent TripAdvisor at industry events and conferences to promote our B2B offerings and share insights on SEM strategies.
  13. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth through SEM, including testing new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options.
  14. Stay informed on the competitive landscape and adjust SEM strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve the user experience for B2B clients through SEM efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In B2B Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Marketing, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of B2B Sales Cycles And Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Sem: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Search Engine Marketing (Sem) And Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Sem Strategies. They Should Be Familiar With Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Other Sem Tools.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Sem B2B Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Metrics To Identify Trends, Track Performance, And Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Have Experience With Tools Like Google Analytics And Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Product, And Analytics. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With These Teams.

  • Results-Driven Mindset: The Sem B2B Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results And Achieving Targets. They Should Be Able To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Effectively To Drive Business Growth.
