- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.
- Provide administrative support to employees, including booking travel, managing expenses, and organizing company events.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring that it is a welcoming and productive environment for all employees.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up their workstations and ensuring they have all necessary equipment and resources.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their needs and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for TripAdvisor, embodying our values and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in office management and make suggestions for implementing new strategies.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed and keeping track of expenses.
- Conduct regular office inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Office Management Or Administrative Roles.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Office Software.
