- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on media and advertising initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on relevant media laws and regulations to ensure the company's practices are in line with industry standards.
- Draft and review contracts, licenses, and other legal documents related to media and advertising, including those with third-party vendors and partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business development, to provide legal support and advice on media-related matters.
- Advise on intellectual property matters related to media, including copyright and trademark issues.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address complex legal issues related to media and advertising.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures related to media and advertising compliance.
- Monitor and track changes in media laws and regulations and communicate any potential impact or changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct internal trainings and presentations to educate employees on media-related legal matters.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and manage litigation related to media and advertising.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Media Law
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Media, Including Intellectual Property, Defamation, And Privacy
Experience In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry Preferred
