Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at TripAdvisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience with TripAdvisor. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of customer service best practices.
