Job Description

TripAdvisor is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor- Multilingual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will have an opportunity to use your language skills to help customers from around the world. If you have a passion for customer service and a talent for language, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in two or more languages. You should be driven, organized, and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Additionally, you must be able to work both independently and collaboratively and have a positive, customer-focused attitude.
