As a Benefits Analyst at TripAdvisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our employee benefits programs. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of benefits administration, compliance, and data analysis.   1. Administer Employee Benefits Programs: The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and administering all employee benefits programs at TripAdvisor. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  2. Ensure Compliance: The Benefits Analyst will ensure that all employee benefits programs are in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies. They will also stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct Data Analysis: The Benefits Analyst will regularly analyze data related to employee benefits programs, such as enrollment rates, costs, and employee feedback. They will use this information to make recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.
  4. Communicate with Employees: The Benefits Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding their benefits. They will communicate information about benefits packages, enrollment periods, and any changes or updates to the programs.
  5. Collaborate with HR Team: The Benefits Analyst will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless experience for employees when it comes to benefits. They will also collaborate on projects related to benefits, such as open enrollment and employee education initiatives.
  6. Handle Inquiries and Resolutions: The Benefits Analyst will handle inquiries and resolve issues related to employee benefits. This may include troubleshooting enrollment or billing issues, as well as addressing concerns or questions from employees.
  7. Conduct Audits: The Benefits Analyst will regularly conduct audits of employee benefits programs to ensure accuracy and identify any areas for improvement. They will also assist with preparing reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Maintain Records: The Benefits Analyst will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits, including enrollment forms, employee data, and plan documents.
  9. Stay Informed: The Benefits Analyst will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits administration. They will use this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance the employee benefits experience at TripAdvisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration And Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.
