  1. Curate and maintain a list of top destinations for TripAdvisor users, ensuring they are accurately represented and up-to-date.
  2. Conduct thorough research on various destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, restaurants, and activities, to gather relevant information for users.
  3. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative destination guides and articles.
  4. Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve destination recommendations and user experience.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with local tourism boards, hotels, and other travel industry partners to ensure accurate and current information on destinations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel news, and emerging destinations to provide fresh and relevant content for users.
  7. Assure the accuracy and quality of all destination content, including photos, descriptions, and reviews.
  8. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive user engagement and bookings for specific destinations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to improve the overall user experience and drive business growth.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Represent TripAdvisor at industry events and conferences to stay informed about industry developments and promote the brand.
  12. Identify and report any issues or concerns with destination content, user experience, or overall business performance to the management team.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of destination management.
  14. Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.

Job Qualifications
