- Curate and maintain a list of top destinations for TripAdvisor users, ensuring they are accurately represented and up-to-date.
- Conduct thorough research on various destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, restaurants, and activities, to gather relevant information for users.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative destination guides and articles.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve destination recommendations and user experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local tourism boards, hotels, and other travel industry partners to ensure accurate and current information on destinations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel news, and emerging destinations to provide fresh and relevant content for users.
- Assure the accuracy and quality of all destination content, including photos, descriptions, and reviews.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive user engagement and bookings for specific destinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to improve the overall user experience and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent TripAdvisor at industry events and conferences to stay informed about industry developments and promote the brand.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns with destination content, user experience, or overall business performance to the management team.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of destination management.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Tourism Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Destination Management, Tourism Or Hospitality Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Local Attractions, Accommodations, And Transportation Options
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team, With Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
