  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  2. Ensure the success and satisfaction of restaurant partners with our services.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for restaurant partners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Collaborate with restaurant partners to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with restaurant partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze restaurant partner performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to proactively identify potential partnership opportunities.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services for restaurant partners.
  10. Meet and exceed individual and team goals for revenue growth and partner retention.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with restaurant partners.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  13. Represent TheFork at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build partnerships.
  14. Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall partner experience.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and TheFork's services to effectively communicate value to potential partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: An Account Manager At Thefork Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Internal Teams.
