As a Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this mission by utilizing your expertise in the Workday platform to support and enhance our global HR operations.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday functionality to design, configure, and implement new features and processes.
  3. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, working closely with IT and other relevant stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date on Workday updates and releases, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support end-users.
  7. Partner with HR and other business leaders to identify areas for process improvement and automation within Workday.
  8. Lead and participate in user acceptance testing for system changes and enhancements.
  9. Train and support end-users on Workday processes and best practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations within Workday.
  11. Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for all Workday related inquiries and provide guidance and support to end-users.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external consultants as needed for system upgrades and implementations.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to Workday processes and systems.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
