Job Description

At Trimble, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze our current Workday HRIS system and identify opportunities to improve its performance. You should be comfortable working with data and have the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve the system's functionality.To be successful in this role, you will need experience in Workday HRIS, a strong understanding of business processes and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current Workday HRIS system and identify opportunities to improve its performance
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the system's functionality
  3. Utilize data to make informed decisions
  4. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of business processes
  5. Monitor system performance and address any issues
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  7. Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  8. Develop reports and dashboards to evaluate system performance
  9. Provide ongoing support and training to users of the system
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
