We are looking for an experienced and dynamic UX Analyst to join our team at Trimble. As a UX Analyst, you will play an integral role in our development process, ensuring that our products are designed with our customers’ needs in mind.The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and a passion for understanding user needs. You should be able to conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user stories. You should be comfortable working with software engineers and product managers to ensure a high-quality user experience.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Human Factors, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in UX research and analysis• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles• Experience with usability testing and analytics• Ability to work with cross-functional teams• Excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you are highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about creating user experiences that are both intuitive and delightful, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities of a UX Analyst:
