- Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption and retention of our products.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and engineering to develop and execute on user engagement initiatives.
- Analyze user data and metrics to track and measure the success of engagement efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for user engagement, prioritizing initiatives and setting realistic timelines for implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience and engagement, and apply them to our products.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and communicate regularly on progress and results of user engagement efforts.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that user engagement is integrated into the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Develop and manage user engagement budget and resources effectively.
- Continuously monitor user engagement metrics and make adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed on their user engagement strategies and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior product managers on user engagement best practices and strategies.
- Act as a product evangelist, promoting the value and benefits of our products to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners to drive user engagement.

Strong Technical Background: A User Engagement Product Manager At Trimble Should Have A Strong Technical Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services.
