  1. Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs for employees and customers of Trimble.
  2. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually, to educate individuals on technical skills and products.
  4. Continuously evaluate and update training content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical information into training programs.
  6. Provide support and guidance to employees and customers to help them effectively utilize Trimble's technology solutions.
  7. Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve the overall learning experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure training materials are current and accurate.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their training needs and deliver customized solutions.
  10. Track and report on training metrics, such as attendance and satisfaction, to management.
  11. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing technical training and support.
  12. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enable internal staff to deliver training programs.
  13. Travel to various locations as needed to conduct training sessions and provide on-site support.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, when developing and delivering training programs.
  15. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from participants to improve training programs and processes.
