Job Description

We at Trimble are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver world-class products. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. He/She must also have a passion for technology and be able to stay abreast of the latest industry developments. The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering technical training programs for our customers and employees. He/She must have the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both experienced and novice users. To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, have a deep understanding of instructional design principles, and be able to work collaboratively with various teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate technical training programs for customers and employees
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry developments
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both experienced and novice users
  • Create instructional materials and design training programs based on instructional design principles
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs
  • Provide technical support to customers and employees
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop content for e-learning and virtual training programs
