Technical Training Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Training Specialist to join the Training Services team at Trimble! The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for teaching and a strong technical background. The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering product training for Trimble customers and employees around the world.The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Trimble products, excellent presentation and communication skills, and strong project management skills. The Technical Training Specialist should also have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience teaching technical concepts. We are seeking a professional who loves learning, approaches tasks with enthusiasm, and has strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of a Technical Training Specialist:

1. Design and deliver product training to Trimble customers and employees around the world.
2. Maintain a strong understanding of Trimble products and ensure accuracy of product information in trainings.
3. Develop innovative training materials and activities to keep trainings engaging and interesting.
4. Ensure trainings are delivered on time and in accordance with established standards.
5. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
6. Address any questions or concerns from trainees promptly and professionally.
7. Utilize strong project management skills to manage all aspects of the training process.
8. Collaborate with the Training Services team to ensure effective delivery of product training.
9. Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
10. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Trimble products.
