Technical Training Specialist

The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to help our customers succeed.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in a training or instructional design role, a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and experience in a customer service setting. You should also have a thorough understanding of adult learning theory and have the ability to develop and deliver training materials for technical topics. The right candidate should have an eye for detail and be highly organized and self-motivated. An ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers is essential.
