- Develop training programs: The Technical Training Professional will be responsible for creating and designing training programs for Trimble's technology products.
- Deliver training: The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering training to employees, clients, and other stakeholders in a variety of formats, such as in-person, virtual, and self-paced.
- Stay updated on technology: The Technical Training Professional will need to stay current on Trimble's technology products and updates in order to effectively train others.
- Customize training materials: This individual will be responsible for customizing training materials to meet the needs of different audiences and learning styles.
- Conduct training needs assessments: The Technical Training Professional will need to conduct needs assessments to determine the training needs of employees and clients.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Instructional Design.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Delivering Technical Training Programs For Software Or Hardware Products.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Tools.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To Diverse Audiences.
